Reviews

The property was absolutely outstanding. Everything was to a really high standard. It is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in.

Mr David C,

Location

Llety Celyn is a detached property just under a mile from the villages of Cefneithin and Cross Hands. Both villages include local pubs, shops, restaurants and cafes. Cross Hands is near the A48 and therefore easy access on to M4 network making this a great base for exploring all of West Wales, South Wales and the Brecon Beacons National Park.

In Pembrokeshire there are many great places to visit. Tenby is only a short drive away and with its sandy beaches, harbour, restaurants and small shops is a hugely popular for a day trip. This historic town is home to Ironman Wales and many other sporting activities throughout the year. Other great beaches include Saundersfoot, Amroth and Barafundle. Folly Farm , Oakwood Theme Park, Dinosaur Centre and Heatherton Activity park all provide a wide range of activities for all ages to enjoy.

The Gower Peninsula is officially an area of outstanding natural beauty and is also easily accessible from the property. From Rhosili, Llangenith to Mumbles there are many stunning beaches to visit.   The Carmarthen Bay coastline also has many great beaches including the impressive Cefn Sidan that stretches for over 8 miles. Pembrey Country Park includes a ski slope, adventure playground, trials, archery, lasertag, golf, horse riding and much more.  Burry Port Marina has long been a favourite place to take a stroll and get some sea air. Burry Port Marina became famous as it is where Amelia Earhart landed as the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. The Millennium Coastal Path runs along the coast and is popular with walkers, runners and cyclists.  The National Botanical Gardens of Wales is just over 4 miles away and well worth a visit.

Directly opposite the property is Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park. The site has been regenerated as a mix of broadleaved woodland and grassland which is home to a diverse collection of wildlife. The area includes footpaths, picnic facilities, information points and a track for mountain bikers and horseriders.
