Description

Bryn y Mor is a modern, newly built detached holiday home in a quiet part of Pennard village with beautiful uninterrupted views across Pennard Golf Club and out towards Cefn Bryn. The luxurious living areas have been cleverly designed on the top floor, taking full advantage of the surrounding scenery and the large balcony is the perfect place from which to enjoy glorious sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen features impressive, vaulted ceilings, a 5-hob Rangemaster cooker and an induction hob at the breakfast bar. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully decorated and designed with comfort in mind.

The property itself sits on the edge of Pennard Golf Club and is within walking distance of Pobbles and Three Cliffs Bay. Both beaches are flanked by dramatic limestone cliffs and lined with golden sands - a great setting for a picnic or walk along the shore, especially on a clear day when you can look out to Oxwich Bay. Enjoy a bite to eat at the popular Three Cliffs coffee shop (0.6 miles) after exploring the early 12th century ruins of Pennard Castle or join the Wales Coastal Path and take in the stunning cliff top views. Reviews

An amazing house in a lovely location. Very well equipped and a great place to relax.

Mr W,

Spacious, modern property nicely located near the Gower coast.

Mr P,

Great cottage, very relaxing quiet area, great to recharge. Beach across the road only 15 mins walk which was great for the dog. 2 pubs within walking distance. Views across the golf course amazing. Lots of beaches under 30 minutes drive from the cottage. This is not a party house as neighbours very close by but perfect to get away from it all.

Mrs Elaine W,

The house is in an ideal position, all five of us agreed it was probably the best house we have rented in over 15 years. We were able to do three good walks from the house and an easy drive to the start of other good walks and places of interest. In the evenings watching the sun set from the balcony was wonderful. The house is a short walk from the Southgate where we ate twice and we can recommend.

Mr C,

The property was very well located and well equipped, we had a wonderful stay and it is a very nice property with some fabulous walks right from the doorstep.
