Beach Rocks is a brand new, stylish and contemporary coastal home overlooking the wonderful Langland Bay. Flooded with natural light and split over two floors with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space on the first floor, and bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor.

Thoughtfully designed, this 2-bedroom holiday home has been styled to combine chic modern living with a relaxed coastal theme. The sea and sand of Langland Bay is on the doorstep, as is the hugely popular Langland Brasserie and Surfside cafe. Either side of this iconic bay are the cliff-top paths leading to the bustling seaside village of Mumbles in one direction and the golden sands of Caswell Bay in the other.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has stunning views towards Langland Bay through the floor to ceiling windows. There are mirrored wardrobes, a double bed and a fully-tiled en suite shower room with WC, basin and wet-room shower. For added privacy the bedroom windows have remote controlled blinds.

Bedroom 2: This small but cosy bedroom has two single beds.

Bathroom: The luxury bathroom has a large wall-mounted mirror, basin, WC and Japanese style bath with shower over.

First Floor

Open-plan Living Area (Kitchen/Diner/Lounge): The luxury fitted kitchen has high-gloss units and an island with a sink and ceramic hob fitted into it and breakfast bar with high stools. There is an electric oven, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The dining table can seat 4 comfortably.

The lounge area has a 3-seat sofa, an armchair, a wall-mounted TV with Sky-basic package and floor to ceiling sliding doors with remote control blinds.

From the kitchen there are further floor to ceiling doors leading to a private courtyard area.

External: 1 off-road parking space, courtyard garden to the rear which has a barbecue, table and chairs for 4 and mood lighting.
