This modern 4-bedroom townhouse is located in a quiet residential area on the popular Swansea Marina - giving great access to both the seafront and the city centre. It offers spacious accommodation for up to 7 people with comfortable furnishings throughout, a well-equipped kitchen and a selection of balcony's to enjoy.

The marina has many attractions including The National Waterfront Museum, The LC2 Aquapark and Leisure Centre and Swansea Museum. There are many restaurants and bars within a short walk of the property as is the long sandy beach of Swansea Bay, which leads off towards Mumbles on the far end of the bay. WiFi and off-road parking provided.

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe and bedside furniture.

Ground Floor Shower Room: Shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Utility Room: Laundry facilities with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.

First Floor

Reception: Large sofa, flatscreen TV/DVD player, and access to a Juliet balcony. Further soft-seating can be found between the reception room and the dining room.

Dining Area: Dining table and chairs with access to a small decked balcony complete with a bistro set.

Kitchen: Integrated appliances including: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob and microwave.

Second Floor

Master Bedroom: King size bed, double height ceilings, clothes storage and an en suite with shower cubicle, WC and basin. This room also benefits from a Juliet balcony.

Bedroom 3: Low-lying double bed with storage space.

Bedroom 4: Single bed with a wardrobe.

Family Bathroom: Bath with hand-held shower, WC and basin.

External: 1 parking space and 3 small balcony's. The garage is not in use.
