This 2-bedroom duplex apartment is presented over the first and second floor of a Victorian house. Light and bright and recently refurbished it is located close to the family friendly beaches of Rotherslade and Langland Bay. The heart of Mumbles with its many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and ice cream parlours is less than a five minute walk. Underhill Park is easily accessed and has several football pitches and a children's play area.


First Floor

Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Table and chairs for 4 people and access to a courtyard garden.

Lounge: 2-seater and a 3-seater sofa, TV, DVD and an iPod dock.

Bathroom: Bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Second Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, free standing mirror and TV.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds.

External: Small patio with patio furniture. Off road parking.

We've stayed here twice now. Great location between Mumbles and Rotherslade/Langland beaches. Very well appointed with comfortable beds and the hosts checked in with us during our stay. We'll definitely return.

Langland Road Apartment is ideally placed to walk into Mumbles and all it has to offer. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for four guests. It has a small but ideal outside space and that all important parking space

Property was really nice exactly as described on the website. The location is really good. The apartment is very well equipped. The stairs are quite steep so you need to be reasonably mobile.

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
