Description

This 2-bedroom duplex apartment is presented over the first and second floor of a Victorian house. Light and bright and recently refurbished it is located close to the family friendly beaches of Rotherslade and Langland Bay. The heart of Mumbles with its many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and ice cream parlours is less than a five minute walk. Underhill Park is easily accessed and has several football pitches and a children's play area.

Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Table and chairs for 4 people and access to a courtyard garden.

Lounge: 2-seater and a 3-seater sofa, TV, DVD and an iPod dock.

Bathroom: Bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Second Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, free standing mirror and TV.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds.

External: Small patio with patio furniture. Off road parking.

My Mumbles ‘ retreat’ was a real treat. The apartment was spotlessly clean & a welcome tray of teas & coffee was lovely . The bed was super comfortable, plenty of towels & the necessary items for a ‘ do it yourself’ holiday. Parking off road was great if not a little tight with a big car . Location was good for strolls into town, accessing the beaches & coastal path. I would highly recommend this property & look forward to returning ..

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
