Description

This ground floor apartment is located across the road from the seafront promenade in Mumbles. Located in the Southend area of Mumbles, it is close to several pubs and restaurants including The Mermaid restaurant, the Pilot real ale house, Verdi's Ice cream parlour, and many more.

From the property you can also walk along the prom towards Mumbles Victorian pier, with its spectacular views and family fun amusements. Alternatively, stroll in the opposite direction into the village where you will find a fantastic selection of boutique style shops, fresh produce and further cafes, bars and restaurants.

Bedroom: Double bed, built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Wet Room: Fully tiled with large shower, basin, and WC.

External: There is a small, narrow outside space to the rear of the kitchen.

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
