Description

The Coach House is a light, bright and open plan coastal apartment with sea views overlooking the magnificent Langland Bay. Presented to a high standard the apartment offers an allocated parking space a beautifully appointed and contemporary styled kitchen and bathroom and a spacious living area.

The Coach House is located moments from the coastal path and Langland Bay with it's Surfside cafe, Langland Brasserie, tennis courts and the picturesque Langland Bay Golf Course.

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Diner: Modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, single oven and induction hob, and dishwasher. There is a table and chairs for 4.

Utility Room: Washer/dryer.

Lounge: The lounge has sea views, soft seating for 3 and a reclining armchair in the window, coffee table, wall mounted flatscreen TV. Patio doors leading onto the balcony.

Cloakroom: WC, basin.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, king bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, armchair.

En Suite: Shower cubicle, bath, basin and WC.

External: Use of the communal garden. Table and chairs on the balcony. 1 allocated parking space. 

Sleeps 2: 1 King

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Sea views. 1 allocated parking space. No pets. No smoking. There is no visitor parking at this complex

This is a lovely flat in a fabulous location. It’s well equipped with a lovely shower! The living area was super comfy with recliners overlooking the bay. Overall mixed feelings.

The property is excellently located close to the beach, cliff walks, cafes & bistros and 20 mins walk into Mumbles town centre. We hardly used the car all week. Such a variety of activities without being commercialised. Any budding golfers must visit Langland Golf Club, rated one of the best in the land. Lots of interesting things to look at from the window even if you're not so mobile!

This is a lovely spacious apartment, very well appointed, with beautiful views across the bay and the golf course beyond. We found the bed comfy with nice white linen. If you like a bath then this is the place for you as it has a huge bath. The shower on the other hand is very small which is a shame as there's plenty of room to put a bigger shower in. You need to squeeze through a gap of about 12 inches!! Unfortunately, what let this apartment down was the cleaning. Balcony covered in cobwebs, dirty glass doors, dust and hairs in the bathroom drawers, crumbs in cutlery drawer and filthy bar stools. Having said that, the shower, bath, sink and toilet were all clean. We left a note for the cleaning company and have advised the owner too so hopefully these issues will be addressed. Overall, a lovely holiday apartment and we would still return and recommend.

We stayed at the beautiful Coach House. Such an amazing property in a beautiful location. It had everything you would need during your stay. We were sad to leave because we enjoyed the property and area so much. It is a bright modern spacious property. It was clean and looked like new. The views and the proximity to the beach were perfect. We definitely plan to stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

We were delighted by this apartment. It was comfortable, well equipped and in an amazing position overlooking Langland Bay. It was easy to walk through the garden onto the cliff path and a short distance to the beach.

An unexpected gem in an amazing location overlooking the magnificent beach and Coastal Path. Exactly as the photographs! Fully equipped apartment, well presented and decorated with a very comfortable bed. Agent responded immediately to our questions. We travelled without a car and, when we needed to, either walked into Mumbles village 20 minutes or took a bus. We were very happy there and fully intend to return next year, this time for a longer period.

had a fabulous chilled holiday. We sat on the balcony most days enjoying morning coffees, almond croissants with fruit and evenings taking in the sounds of waves and drinking wine. The owners of the apartment have taken their time to ensure guests have everything they could possibly want at their disposal, it is set in a superb location with a panoramic view of Langland Bay...Binoculars are a must! We will definitely be coming back.

Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
