This modern 3rd floor apartment within the gated Marina Villas development, offers very comfortable accommodation for 2 people. The balcony, lounge and bedroom offer views across The Marina gate towards the docks and SA1. This apartment is perfect for short breaks, city breaks or full-length holidays.

Within easy walking distance is the seafront promenade, which stretches for 5 miles towards Mumbles Head, whilst the Marina and all the attractions of Swansea are right on your doorstep.

The popular Coast Cafe is within the block and offers a modern, vibrant atmosphere to enjoy your latte or meal.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Great views over the marina and locks. Short walk to the beach. There's a cafe at the base of the building. Overall great location, walk to grocery store and great restaurants. Overall , I would stay here again!
