This spacious holiday cottage is located within a large barn conversion, shared with three other holiday lets. The farm location is in the heart of the idyllic Cotswolds AONB with stunning countryside on your doorstep. Get back to nature with beautiful walking trails into the rolling hills and through picturesque towns and villages. Be sure to visit wonderful Bourton-on-the-Water, affectionately known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’, with its collection of stone bridges that cross the River Windrush that gently flows though the village. The charming village has an abundance of tearooms and cafes, and plenty of attractions for all ages. Enjoy a trip to Birdland, home to penguins, flamingos and parrots, or stop by the Bourton Model Village to see the 1/9th replica of the village, giving guests a unique perspective of the architecture and layout of the village. The holiday cottage provides an ideal location for guests looking to explore the wider Cotswolds.
After a full day exploring the area, make your way back to your rural retreat to relax and plan the next day’s activities. Enter straight into the spacious hallway, ideal for removing coats and boots after a lovely walk. Head into the spacious open plan living space and relax on one of the comfortable sofas whilst catching up on your favourite TV show on the Smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a self-catered holiday with family and friends. Enjoy a meal together on the dining table, perfect for groups getting together for a special occasion. Back through the hallway you will find a ground floor king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. You will also find a further bathroom with bath off the main hallway. Upstairs, there are a further two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one twin. There is a further bathroom with a bath on this floor.
The lovely outdoor space can be accessed through bifold doors form the lounge and takes you into an enclosed space where you can relax and take in the views and serenity of this rural location. There is a hot tub that will comfortably seat your whole group, and an outdoor seating area on the patio which is perfect for some alfresco drinks.
