Reviews

Bull Croft Cottage is in an amazing location, very close to Oxwich Bay. It sleeps 12 comfortably and the owners left a bed for an extra child. The secluded garden and seating was excellent for a picnic lunch. The local shop was very useful for milk and Welsh cakes as well as selling a fantastic selection of ice creams.

Mrs M,

The cottage is a bit shabby - this was not a problem for us with lots of children but some people might not find it so appealing. The Aga may also be a problem for others - we have one so are used to them! But, please supply an oven glove, getting heavy pans out of an Aga with small children around with a thin T towel is not fun!!!

Mrs Penny R,

Although the cottage was in a fab position. A lot of the inside is old, tired and needs updating.Dishwasher did not work. Showers poor and need updating. Gate to driveway very hard to open and close and needs replacing. Kitchen equipment for induction hob not labelled! Have booked through Home from Home many times but will look elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.

Mrs Kay P,

Location

Oxwich is one of South Gower's most picturesque villages typified by thatched roofed cottages and with a castle and interesting Saxon church located just a stones throw from the sea. It is nestled in the curve of Oxwich Bay- a beautiful, wide expanse of sandy beach stretching all the way to Three Cliffs Bay.
