This 1-bedroom apartment with balcony, is located on the 2nd floor and has wonderful views over Caswell Bay.

The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has sea views. 

There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, manned by lifeguards from Easter to September, making it an ideal family holiday location. There are various kiosks and the excellent Surfside cafe which is perfect for a relaxing cuppa throughout the year.

The apartments benefit from off road parking.  

The village of Mumbles is just a 5 minute car journey away with all its amenities, boutique shops and restaurants/cafes. Swansea city centre is approximately 20 mins, and the countryside of the Gower Peninsula is within close proximity.

Reception/Kitchen Area: Two x 2-seat sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and a TV. Fitted units, an electric oven with 4-ring hob, microwave and a fridge. There is a breakfast bar with 3 stools and access to a balcony with panoramic sea views.

Bathroom: Step in shower cubicle, WC and basin.

External: Balcony with outdoor table and 2 chairs.
