Description

This light, bright and coastal themed 1-bedroomed apartment with balcony, offers stunning panoramic views over the sandy beach at Caswell Bay.

Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay with each apartment having sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach (manned by lifeguards from Easter to September), making it an ideal family holiday location. There are various kiosks offering food and beach games and the popular Surfside Cafe.

The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops boutiques and restaurants. The city of Swansea, with all its attractions, and the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.

Accommodation

First Floor: The apartment is accessed by 6 steps up to the main entrance.

Reception: Two 2-seat sofa's, TV and DVD player, CD player and access onto the balcony.

Dining Area: The dining area has a table and 4 chairs.

Kitchen: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom: Double bed and double mirrored wardrobe.

Bathroom: WC, wash hand basin and shower cubicle.

External: Balcony with full sea views, outdoor furniture including sun loungers.

Sleeps 2: 1 Double

C/O day - Sat. Electric convector heating. Bed linen & towels provided. Full sea view. Off road parking. Payphone in main entrance. WiFi. No pets. No children. No smoking. No lift 6 steps to apartment.

Lovely apartment in the ideal location for coast walking and access to the village of Mumbles. Really well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and lovely to have lots beach equipment too (chairs, mats, games, picnic sets etc) View over the bay is amazing from the apartment.

All was satisfactory but believe you should let the tenant know about the fob for parking in an earlier e-mail so there are no worries. There is always a chance that the tenant can miss things.

We were very happy with the apartment, it was exactly as shown on the advert, sea view was fantastic absolutely blow you away. Lovely and clean, had a few problems could not get the sliding door open and had to ring the office. Key collection was ok but no instruction in the folder or anywhere as to what to do with the key on leaving, in the end I went back to office and posted through the office letter box.

The area of Caswell really does have it all. Combining natural coastal beauty with secluded woodland and hilly seaside living, it is a haven for holiday makers and locals alike. Caswell Bay is an outstanding beach that at low tide is a wide expanse of golden sand, perfect for beach sports and family picnics. Rock pools and small caves add to the fun making it ideal for people of all ages.
