This attractive stone-built property, (now comfortably converted into holiday accommodation for 2 people) was once the stable block for the main cottage. From the secluded garden you can see over the fields towards the spectacular Three Cliffs Bay and out to sea. There is easy access to the Wales Coastal Path and the Gower Way on Cefn Bryn.


Ground Floor: Access is via patio doors.

Living/Dining Area: 2 x sofas, armchair, TV/DVD player, DAB radio with docking station and a dining table and chairs. 

Kitchen: Cooker with ceramic hob and double oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge with a freezer box.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle and wash hand basin. 

Cloakroom: Separate WC.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: Attic room with double bed, hanging space and small dressing table.

External: The large garden has an area reserved for guests. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Sleeps 2: 1 Double

C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Off street parking for 2 cars. Stairgate. 2 dogs accepted. No children. No smoking
