The School House overlooks Three Cliffs Bay. A quiet location, away from the road and backing onto the National Trust land of Cefn Bryn. The setting is ideal for walkers with 'The Gower Way' only from a short stroll from the property, which offers walkers stunning panoramic views of Gower and beyond. There are other footpaths directly outside the property.
Both Mulberry Hill Cottage and The School House are located in a landscaped Victorian garden which guests are welcome to use; the same goes for the Victorian gazebo which has stunning views down into Three Cliffs Bay.
The School House
The School House is an annexe to the main house of Mulberry Hill. As the name suggests the school house was where the children of the main house once had lessons.
The bedroom on the first floor is the old Victorian school room and from the 2 arm chairs you can enjoy views of Three Cliffs Bay and Cefn Bryn.
**NOTE** Because of the narrow stairs leading up to the bedroom and down to the shower room, further steps in the garden and an unprotected garden pond, the property is not suitable for young children or anyone with limited mobility.
