Property Overview

A charming, 2-bedroom holiday house which has been sympathetically restored and features beautiful antique furniture throughout. Hunter's Lodge has sea views from the bedrooms and is located within the delightful area of Penmaen, Gower, with fabulous coastal walks right from the doorstep. Three Cliffs Bay is a short walk away.

The Gower Way which runs along the top of Gower, starts just outside the cottage, offering the most amazing views towards Devon in one direction, and the Black Mountains in the other.


Ground Floor

Lounge: 2 armchairs, a sofa, a wall-mounted digital TV and a writing bureau. The lounge leads to the sun room.

Sun Room: The light-filled sun room has direct access through double doors to the garden, with 2 stylish sofa's and a further table & chairs.

Dining Room: Solid wood table and chairs for 4 people with the room also incorporating a large ornate fireplace (decorative only).

Kitchen: Well-equipped to include an undercounter fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and induction 4-ring hob. There is also a useful larder with a freezer.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror, additional storage and an en suite which has a bath, WC and basin.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin.

External: There is a large garden at the rear of the property, mainly laid to lawn with borders and patio. There is also a small courtyard garden to the front. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Sleeps 4: 2 Double

C/O day - Sat. Electric heating. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Incoming telephone. Off road parking for 2 vehicles. Well-behaved pets accepted. No smoking
