Belvedere Close is a wonderful pet-friendly holiday home situated in the quiet hamlet of Kittle, on the South Gower road. Beautifully-styled with a contemporary theme, this light-filled and open plan cottage offers modern living and is the perfect choice for a group of friends or a small family looking for a coastal getaway, within walking distance of a popular village.

The village of Kittle benefits from a bakery, a well-stocked surf shop, a post office and convenience store along with a charming pub/restaurant. The beautiful sandy beaches of Langland, Caswell, Three Cliffs and Pobbles are a short drive away, which are great for walking, swimming and surfing and the golf clubs of Langland and Pennard can be easily reached by car.

Lounge/Diner: Table and chairs for 6 people, French doors leading to garden, soft seating for 6 people, flame-effect fire, and TV/DVD player.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds with wardrobe and bedside furniture.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, WC and basin.

First Floor

Bedroom 3: Double bed, drawer space, en suite with shower cubicle, WC and basin.

External: Driveway with space for 2 cars. To the rear there is a paved area, an area laid to lawn and flower beds.
