This beautiful, light filled contemporary space, is annexed to an 18th Century farmhouse. Situated in one of Gower's secret locations, off the beaten track and dynamically quiet, yet just an easy drive to amazing beaches and countryside.

The accommodation has been newly built to a high standard and comprises of 1 double bedroom and open-plan living/kitchen/dining area and a wet-room with walk in shower. The stone floors have underfloor heating keeping the property nice and cosy. The property is also complimented by a collection of contemporary decorative glass.

Living Area: Leather sofa for 2, rocking chair, foot stool, TV and DVD player.

Kitchen/Diner: Dishwasher, fridge with icebox, electric oven with induction hob, microwave, dining table and chairs for 4.

Wet Room: Shower, WC and basin.

Bedroom: Double bed, a dressing table with drawers, hanging space and large glass doors opening onto a patio area.

External: There are 2 patio areas and an area laid to lawn, both with table and chairs. There is off-road parking for 2 vehicles.

C/O day - Sat. Underfloor heating. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi (can be intermittent). Off road parking for 2 cars. 1 pet accepted. No smoking
