A beautifully presented traditional cottage set in the quiet village of Middleton, which is the village prior to the famous Rhossili Bay (Britain's Best Beach 2013 and 2014 as voted by TripAdvisor). 

The cottage has been fully renovated but still retains many of its original features. There is a choice of many rural and coastal walks on your doorstep with Mewslade, Fall Bay and Rhossili Bay all within walking distance. The cottage offers a large garden and off road parking.

Ground Floor

Reception: Log burner and is furnished with 2 x sofas, flatscreen TV with DVD player.

Dining Room: Table and chairs for 6 with French doors opening on to the garden.

Kitchen: Electric cooker, induction hob, dishwasher and combination microwave.

Utility Room: Fridge and freezer, washer/dryer and an iPod dock/CD player. Giving access to ground floor shower room.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle with basin and WC.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe and additional storage.

Bedroom 2: Double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Set of bunk beds (slightly shorter than full size bunks) and Z-bed.

Family Bathroom: 3-piece suite with shower over bath.

External: The property benefits from large front and rear gardens. There is off street parking for 3 cars to the front and a large south facing rear garden with sea views and garden furniture.
