The property resides on the edge of the gateway to Gower peninsula, UK's first designated area of outstanding natural beauty, where you can access the spectacular Langland Bay golf course, and join the coastal paths connecting onto the characterful village of Mumbles, which has a number of coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, and boutique style shops.
The approach road to the property is a narrow, rough track which may not be suitable for some vehicles.
Lounge/Diner: Entrance via a covered patio double door. 2 sofas, wood burner, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, table and chairs for 4 and a south facing patio door leading to the garden.
Kitchen: Built-in hob and oven with extractor hood over, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe with drawers and chest of drawers, and a patio window onto a balcony with views over the golf course out to the Bristol Channel.

Bathroom: 3-piece suite with a shower over bath. The bathroom has a sloping beamed ceiling that is quite low in places.
External: There are two ground floor patio areas with garden furniture and a 1st floor balcony with views out to sea and across the golf course. Off road parking for 2 cars.
