It is very close to the 'Blue Flag' family beaches of Langland Bay and Caswell Bay. While the bustling village of Mumbles with its many boutiques, restaurants/cafes and pubs is just a short drive away, this is also an ideal location for accessing the wonderful scenery, beaches, coastal path, activities and attractions that are available on Gower.

Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen has a gas range double oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

Dining Area: Large round extendable table with seating for 8.

Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom 1: Superking size bed (can also be converted into 2 x single beds).

Family Bathroom: Step in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

A fantastic modern house that does make you go WOW! as you walk through the door. Plenty of space with a living room, a TV room, an upstairs sitting area and a dining area. Also 4 large bedrooms with massive and comfortable beds and comfy. We couldn't ask for more and thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. The improvements suggested above certainly did not spoil anything. They are just little things that need looking at.

We were 6 old friends who go away together every year. We chose a nice scenic area with places of interest and generally a pub nearby. Maryland was excellent for us.

Wonderful location next door to Mumbles Golf Club. wonderful for walking to Langland and Caswell Bays, the teenagers loved it and we could eat on Mumbles front when necessary. I do hope to come back so much and relive memories. Thank you.

Excellent location for walking the gower coastal path and in walking distance to restaurant's. 4 bedroom 4 bathroom ideal for larger group's.

Infested with squirrels in the roof. You did try and arranged for pest control to attend in the week. However there were a number of issues like non-working interior lights, blocked drain and down lighter hanging from ceiling- advised at start of holiday but not rectified/ignored. That was disappointing.

We had an issue with a squirrel in the attic the entire week. We have raised this with the HfH team and are awaiting a phone call to discuss compensation.

The areas of Langland and Rotherslade are two of the most prestigious in all of Swansea and south Gower with an interesting mix of villas, houses and apartments nestled into hilly, coastal landscapes. Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
