Set in the landscaped grounds of Bayview Oxwich leisure park, this 2-bedroom holiday chalet is perfect for a family or group of 4 looking for a base within walking distance of Oxwich Bay.
Single storey with a sunny patio area, it is perfectly placed and practical with pretty blue and white bedrooms giving a distinctly coastal feel.
Offering the best of both worlds, savour the peace and tranquillity of this idyllic Gower location or head for Oxwich beach offering a host of watersports along its 2 mile stretch. Flanked by sand dunes and woodland, this magnificent bay was once branded 'the most beautiful in Britain' by The Travel Magazine.
The beach is dog-friendly throughout the year, and by facing south east, the waters are particularly calm. It's also well served with a car park, a small store, fish and chip shop and tea room. There are toilet's plus a hotel aptly named the Oxwich Bay at one end serving lunches and dinner, and a stylish restaurant 'The Beach House' under the new ownership of some well-respected local restaurateurs.
During high season a water sports club operates from the beach with everything from doughnut rides to windsurfing and sailing - there's even a water taxi for those wishing to venture further. And there are plenty of walks too, across woodland or to other amazing bays including Port Eynon and neighbouring Tor Bay and Three Cliffs.
