This converted telephone exchange provides comfortable holiday accommodation for 4 people. Situated in the village of Southgate, Gower, there are a multitude of walks right on your doorstep from the rugged coastline of East and West Cliff to the golden sands of Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles beach is just a short walk away. Pennard Golf Club which offers some of the most amazing views from its links course, welcomes visitors and is a 2 minute walk from the property.


Ground Floor

Reception/Dining Room: A bay window overlooking the front garden. 3-piece suite, TV and DVD player, a dining table and 4 chairs.

Kitchen: Gas cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

Bedroom 1: 2 x single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and mirror.

Family Bathroom: WC, basin and bath with shower over. 

First Floor: Gallery floor with double bed which is the sliproom into bedroom 2

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds with storage space.

External: Lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Off street parking.

Sleeps 4: You may choose between 2 Twin or 1 Twin and 1 Double (the double is a gallery floor overlooking the lounge)
