Description

This well-presented, 1-bedroom, first floor apartment is located just 50 metres from the popular Langland Bay. It is offered with lovely sea views and off-road parking. 

Situated in the popular Crawshay Court, it has many activities and attractions right on the doorstep including the Langland Bay Golf Club which welcomes guests and was awarded the title of 'The Best Golf Club in Wales 2013'. There are tennis courts and the stunning Wales Coastal Path which offers amazing views in both directions whether heading towards Caswell Bay or towards Mumbles.

There are several restaurants/cafes within easy reach: Langland's Brasserie and The Surfside Cafe are both located next to the beach. The village of Mumbles is just 5 minutes in the car.

Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wall-mounted basin.

Cloakroom: WC and basin.

External: Sea view balcony, 1 allocated parking space.

Lovely location , property had some equipment which needed replacing - toaster difficult to use ,grill tray worn. .We were unable to get television channels to work, not a problem for us .We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to book again.

The location is superb, overlooking the beach, great for swimmming, tennis, walking etc. The apartment was ideal for two, with well appointed facilities, great balcony, clean Annoyingly there was a fault with the TV, which was not rectified by the agent for the whole visit....
