This ground floor apartment offers a small but cosy base from which to explore the local area. Located at the top of William Street in Mumbles, it offers panoramic views over the rooftops towards Swansea Marina and Oystermouth Castle. The property has a garden with a decked area with seating, to help you make the most of the views.

The beaches of Langland and Rotherslade are just a 10-minute walk and the centre of Mumbles is a stroll down the hill.


Ground Floor

Reception 1: 2-seat sofa, flatscreen TV with integrated DVD player and CD player.

Kitchen: Ceramic 4-ring hob, combination microwave which has oven and grill facility, fridge/freezer. Dining table and chairs for 3.

Bedroom 1: 4ft double bed with en suite shower room. There is a washing machine in the bedroom. The main bedroom acts as a slip-room to a further room (bedroom 2) which has a single bed and an electric piano. The single bed is suitable for an adult.

External: A small, shared rear garden with decking, with bistro table, folding chairs and a church pew. There is also a ring to tether dog on decking.

Sleeps 2/3 in 2 bedrooms: 1 4ft Double + Slip-room single: 2 adults maximum + 1 child or 1 adult per bedroom

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Parking for small sized car. Pet accepted by arrangement - please be aware the owner's cat lives above the property, so dogs must be cat tolerant and be kept on a short lead whilst in the garden. No smoking.

**Note** Please be aware that although this is a ground floor apartment there are several steps up to the entrance. The double bedroom has borrowed natural light and ventilation from the lounge/kitchen and the single bedroom has secondary borrowed light/ventilation.
