This characterful, cosy, 2-bedroom Fisherman's cottage is situated in an elevated position in Thistleboon, a high part of Mumbles village. The property benefits from being in a quiet location, whilst the seafront, the pier and the amenities of Mumbles are only a few minutes walk away.

Oystermouth Castle is within walking distance from the property, as well as the many bars, pubs, restaurants, pubs and ice cream parlours.

Renowned local beaches such as Swansea Bay, Rotherslade and Langland Bay can all be easily reached on foot from the cottage where you can enjoy lazy days, a spot of surfing and relaxing coastal walks.

Ground Floor

Reception/Dining Room: Two x 2-seat sofas, TV, Wood burning stove, Alexa sound system. Dining table and chairs for 4.

Kitchen: Gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and fridge with ice box.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: King bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds.

Bathroom: Shower, WC and basin.

External: Up some steps there is a small sitting area to the rear of the property, with table and chairs, leading up to a smaller, relaxing garden area with partial sea views.

Sleeps 4: 1 King, 1 Twin

C/O day - Fri. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Parking for one car. Pet accepted. No smoking

**Please note** There is no starter pack provided for the wood burner. Supplies can be sourced from a hardware store in Mumbles.
