Description

The Coach House is a light, bright and open plan coastal apartment with sea views overlooking the magnificent Langland Bay. Presented to a high standard the apartment offers an allocated parking space a beautifully appointed and contemporary styled kitchen and bathroom and a spacious living area.

The Coach House is located moments from the coastal path and Langland Bay with it's Surfside cafe, Langland Brasserie, tennis courts and the picturesque Langland Bay Golf Course.

Lounge: The lounge has sea views, soft seating for 3, (converts into a sofabed) and a reclining armchair in the window, coffee table, wall mounted flatscreen TV. Patio doors leading onto the balcony.

Cloakroom: WC, basin.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, king bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, armchair.

En Suite: Shower cubicle, bath, basin and WC.

External: Use of the communal garden. Table and chairs on the balcony. 1 allocated parking space.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you could want, stunning views and a real home from home. Langland bay beach is lovely and the mumbles has some great restaurants 20 minute hilly walk or few minutes drive. The owners had left really useful info about the area and how everything in the apartment works! Definitely recommend taking your own fans as it can be really warm due to the big glass windows and also take your own loo roll as that isn’t provided but not one of the things listed that you needed to take yourself! Overall I would highly recommend the coach house to all my family and friends and we will be returning!!!

Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
