A very large and characterful ground floor apartment situated in a quiet, elevated position in Langland; a perfect spot for walking, fishing and exploring the beautiful Gower coastline. A short stroll down the lane will take you to Rotherslade and Langland Bay where you will find golden beaches, with cafes, tennis courts, an 18 hole golf course and a restaurant. A coastal path winds off from the beach in both directions - west to Caswell Bay and on to the Gower or east to Mumbles Head. A short walk in the opposite direction brings you to the busy village of Mumbles where boutique shopping, galleries, restaurants, bars & cafes can be enjoyed. From the village a promenade stretches northwards to Swansea Marina or south to Mumbles Pier.

The apartment benefits from off-street parking, a fully fitted kitchen/diner, a utility room and bathroom.


Ground Floor

Kitchen/Living Area: Integrated appliances including: a gas hob with oven under, a dishwasher, a larder fridge, a microwave oven and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. This room also features a decorative wood burning stove and French windows leading onto a courtyard. Other furnishings include a rattan sofa, a built-in flatscreen TV and music system. There is also a 17" WiFi laptop available for guests' use. 

Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer. This is a through room to the bathroom.

Bathroom: Wash hand basin, a bath, WC and a large walk in shower. 

Lounge/ Dining Room: High ceilings, a decorative feature fireplace (not working) and large sliding sash windows looking out over the garden. Sofa, a 2-seat sofa bed, an armchair, a dining table and chairs plus a 40 inch flatscreen TV with DVD plus other occasional furniture.

Bedroom: King size bed, fitted cupboards, chest of drawers, flatscreen TV with built-in DVD and features French windows with access onto a patio and garden area.

External: Patio garden with a few steps down onto a lawned area with planted borders to the front of the apartment. To the rear is a private courtyard with BBQ and garden furniture, a car can be driven into this area if secure parking is required.

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
