Church Park Villa is a duplex maisonette set in a quiet location yet within an easy walk of Mumbles promenade and village facilities. Light and bright with plenty of character, this spacious 3-bedroom holiday home offers practical accommodation for six people with views of All Saints Church and Swansea Bay.

First Floor: Enter the apartment either from the ground floor via a shared entrance or from the rear through a private door.

Reception Room: Reading chair and books.

Kitchen/Diner: Gas cooker with hob, oven and grill plus an extractor hood, a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and small dining table.

Conservatory: Table with seating for 6 and access out to the garden and terrace.

Lounge: Smart TV, table and chairs for 4, sofa and armchair.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle, WC, basin and vanity unit.

Second Floor

Bedroom 1: King size bed, mirror fronted, large wardrobe and chair.

Bedroom 2: Double bed and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: 2 x single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Double-ended freestanding bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin with two vanity units.

External: Parking in the drive for 1 car, leading through front garden to shared entrance. A rear courtyard garden is planted, terraced and with an area for outside dining.

We highly recommend this property. The location to the village and sea front is excellent. This feels like a home and is very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a stress free holiday stay along with beautiful views of the bay, castle and church

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
