Description

A comfortably furnished, pet-friendly, first floor apartment situated above Norton Village Stores in Norton, just a short stroll from the bustling village of Mumbles.

The apartment has easy access to the many restaurants, shops, wine bars and pubs in the village of Mumbles and the popular Oyster Wharf development. Swansea City Centre is just a few miles away and the beaches of Caswell, Langland and Rotherslade are very easily reached.

Spacious Entrance hall with stairs going up to the first floor.

First Floor

Open plan living room with window seating and a fully fitted kitchen.

Kitchen Area: Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.

Lounge: Soft seating, coffee table, wall mounted TV, window seat with partial sea views. Dining table and 4 chairs. Stairs leading up to the bedroom in the loft conversion.

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed , bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, decorative fireplace.

Second Floor

Bedroom 2: King bed, bedside tables, Velux windows, partial sea views.

Family Bathroom: Stand alone bath, shower cubicle, basin and a WC.

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
