Description

This well-equipped, detached, 2-bedroom holiday chalet bungalow, situated just beyond Mumbles Head with easy access to the Gower Peninsula, has lovely sea views towards the lighthouse and over Swansea Bay, that can be enjoyed from the lounge or from the raised rear patio.  

Limeslade is a popular location for small families and those wishing to be within easy walking distance of Mumbles Pier and the promenade. The beaches of Langland and Caswell are a five minute drive, or for those wishing to be a little more adventurous you can take the coastal path and enjoy some breath-taking scenery along the way.

Lounge/Dining Area: Dining table with 4 chairs, 3-seat sofa, 2 easy chairs, TV, DVD and video players.  

Kitchen: Electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. 

Conservatory: Washer/dryer. 

Bedroom 1: Double bed and a wardrobe. 

Bedroom 2: 2 x single bed, a wardrobe and a small chest of drawers.

Bathroom: 3-piece suite with electric shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.  

External: The chalet has parking for 2 cars and a rear courtyard garden which is split into 2 areas with patio table and chairs. The higher terrace has extensive views over the lighthouse and bay.
