Description

Spacious property set in large landscaped grounds, this 4-bedroom extended former bungalow is wonderfully located on the cliff between Langland and Caswell bays - the gateway to the Gower. Sea Close is surrounded by Langland Bay golf course offering spectacular views towards the sea and over the golf course.

The approach road to the property is on a narrow, rough track which may not be suitable for some vehicles.

Ground Floor

 
Reception Hall: Sofa, chest of draws and bookshelf.

Lounge/Dining Room: 3-piece suite, occasional furniture including Smart TV, radio CD player and a dining table and chairs for up to 8. A double-sided wood burner between lounge/diner and reception room.
  
Reception Room: Corner seating unit with Smart television and DVD player.  

Study Room: Desk, double sofa bed (bed linen and towels not provided for sofa bed).

Kitchen: Induction hob, 2 eye-level ovens (one fan assisted), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a microwave.

Conservatory: Dining table and chairs for 6, large storage chest, CD/Radio player and double doors opening onto a patio (with picnic style bench).

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers with mirror, sofa bed and basin.

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, wardrobe, chest of draws.

Family Bathroom: 3-piece suite with a shower over the bath.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: King size bed, 2 x large chest of drawers with en suite comprising of bath with hand-held shower, basin and WC.

'Snug': TV, sofa bed (bed linen and towels not provided) and storage space.

External: The property is set in half an acre of secluded mature garden of lawns and shrubs with ample off-road parking.

Note: Also available as a smaller 2-bedroom option during Low season and Low for a reduction of £100 per full week. The 2-bedroom option offers the double & twin, ground floor bedrooms only.

Sleeps 6 2: 1 King, 1 Double, 1 Twin, and 2 rooms with double sofa beds.

C/O day - Sat. Air-source heat pump system supplying CH and hot water. WiFi. Wood burner supplying additional heat to radiators in each room. Solar-thermal water heating system. Bed linen & towels provided for the beds only (not provided for the sofa bed). Duvets and pillows provided for the sofa beds. Ample off-road parking. No pets. No smoking

The areas of Langland and Rotherslade are two of the most prestigious in all of Swansea and south Gower with an interesting mix of villas, houses and apartments nestled into hilly, coastal landscapes. Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
