Description

A beautifully appointed, ground floor, 2-bedroom apartment, in this prestigious Grade 2 listed building, with lovely sea views over Langland Bay. The apartment has high ceilings throughout and retains many of its original features including a circular dining room located in the manor building's original round tower.

Right on your doorstep is the beach at Langland. From the promenade you can take the coastal path to Caswell or Mumbles Head, and within walking distance is the village of Mumbles, with its enviable array of bars and restaurants. Langland Bay golf course and tennis courts are minutes away from the apartment.
