Description

This light, bright and wonderfully presented bungalow is located just a 5 minute walk from the very popular Langland Bay. It has off road parking and a large garden with patio, making it a great home to base yourself whilst enjoying the local area, with easy access to its beaches and stunning coastal attractions.

Langland Bay, which is located at the bottom of the road is a superb sandy beach, great for surfing and bathing. It has a number of tennis courts and the ever popular Langland Brasserie serves a wonderful selection of food and drink, both day and night, whilst overlooking the glorious sandy beach.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Kitchen: Electric hob, eye-level electric oven, built in microwave and a dishwasher. The adjoining utility room has a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.

Reception: 3-seater reclining leather sofa, 1 reclining armchair and 2 additional armchairs. Flatscreen TV/DVD player along with a CD player. The adjoining dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, built in wardrobes, drawer space, dressing table, bedside furniture and a wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 2: King (zip 'n' link), bedside furniture and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, bedside furniture and a hanging rail.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin.

External: Large corner plot garden laid to lawn and patio. There is a summer house with garden furniture. Off street parking for 2 cars, with further parking for a small car outside the gate.

Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
