Langland Court Road makes for an idyllic coastal holiday home, with four generous bedrooms, a light-filled, open-plan living, kitchen, dining space and a sun-filled landscaped garden.
The bustling village of Mumbles is a short distance away with a selection of boutique style shops, cafes and bars, including leading brands such as White Stuff, Sea Salt, Joules and Fat Face along with other quality, locally owned providers and shops.
From the house you can access the coastal path with ease. This path hugs the coastline heading both East and West and if shopping or a more cultural activity is your preferred choice, you can follow the promenade leading away from Mumbles into Swansea City Centre, where there is a multitude of theatres, galleries, cinemas and dining out options.
