Bedroom 1: Superking bed (zip 'n' link, this can be made into a twin on request), built-in wardrobes and bedside furniture.

Family Bathroom: 3-piece suite with a WC, basin, bath and also a shower unit.

External: The apartment has a balcony with timber decking. There is also 1-allocated parking space.

Fantastic apartment with amazing sea views. Modern kitchen and lounge. Sadly, the bathroom and poor maintenance of the apartment lets it down. Shower is in desperate need of a good clean and some DIY to cover up where there has been a leak/damp. On arrival bedding and towels were unclean. For the first couple of days we were unable to use the sea view balcony as the patio door key was missing from the apartment. Home from Home were very difficult to get hold of to discuss problems.

Lovely property, it needed a dusting in bedroom and sitting room, the shower leaks and is in need of refurbishment. The kitchen is well stocked , and I loved sitting at the breakfast bar watching the sea. Sitting room is lovely and modern . Everything you need is in the apartment.. Hopefully these issues will be resolved by the time we book our next visit.

The areas of Langland and Rotherslade are two of the most prestigious in all of Swansea and south Gower with an interesting mix of villas, houses and apartments nestled into hilly, coastal landscapes. Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
