A 2nd floor, 2-bedroom, immaculately presented beachside apartment, situated in St Christopher's Court in the Maritime Quarter. A prominent feature of this apartment is the amazing view of the Bay.

The apartment is perfectly located for the beach, the marina and walks along the promenade. The Marina has many attractions including a mix of cafes, bars, leisure attractions, galleries and museums.


Second Floor

Reception/Dining Area: Open plan room with sea views with double doors leading onto a balcony with patio furniture. Large 'L' shaped leather sofa seating 4 comfortably, flatscreen TV with freeview and a DVD player. Dining table with chairs to seat 4.

Kitchen: Ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.  

Master Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside tables and an en suite shower room with WC and basin.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, bedside table and wardrobe. There is also a put-up bed stored under one of the single beds, which can be easily set up in the lounge, if needed. 

Family Bathroom: White bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

External: Balcony with furniture and 1 allocated parking space.
