A 2-bedroom maisonette, which has its own small lawned garden to the rear. Highmoor is situated just off Trawler Road between the marina basin and the sea.

Swansea Marina has many activities and attractions in the immediate vicinity including: The National Waterfront Museum, the LC Aqua Park, The Grand Theatre, Swansea Bay just yards away, The Grape and Olive restaurant at the top of the Tower, and many more. The city centre is just a 10-minute walk.
