Description

Tirmynydd Farm is a 200 year old farm cottage in North Gower, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people with extensive gardens and rural views towards Cefn Bryn.

Within easy reach of the village of Three Crosses are the magnificent Gower beaches, the seaside village of Mumbles and a wealth of picturesque coastal and woodland walks. The city of Swansea with its Marina and many attractions is a short drive away. Close by, the village of Three Crosses has a local shop with newsagents, off-license and a Post Office. The Poundffald pub serves delicious food throughout the day whilst minutes away at the other end of the village is the Gower Golf Club and restaurant. Gower also boasts four other golf courses, all within easy reach of Three Crosses.

Ground Floor

Reception: Soft-seating for 8, coffee table, books and games, Smart TV, gas fire, staircase leading to upstairs.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, double oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer, off which there is a boot room for coats and boots.

Dining Room: Dining table and chairs to seat 8, gas fire (for decorative purposes only), TV, doors leading out to the patio and large garden.

Bedroom 1: Twin beds, bedside table, TV, chest of drawers, towel stand and a wardrobe.

Bathroom: Bath, WC and basin, walk-in shower enclosure.

First Floor

Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside tables, hanging and drawer space, en suite with a WC, basin and a shower.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, bedside tables, chair, towel stand and chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds and bedside table, towel stand and a wardrobe.

External: Gated driveway with parking for multiple cars. Very large gardens laid to lawn, ideal for entertaining. Garage with washing machine, tumble dryer, outdoor games and storage for bikes and surfboards.
