Description
If you are looking for a bohemian and artistically inspiring property, then you will love Windy Hill. Featured in Coast Magazine and in the Lonely Planet Magazine, this property has been designed by Gower Drift Arts and arty types will love the quirky beach inspired interiors. Windy Hill nestles at the centre of an artistic community known as Sandy Lane, which as the name implies is built on the sand dunes behind Three Cliffs Bay. Three Cliffs is one of the most celebrated bays on Gower.
Windy Hill is the perfect location for those wanting to enjoy and explore the delights of the Gower coastline. The property is adjacent to Pennard Golf Course, which makes this an ideal location to combine a beach holiday with a golfing break.
Note: The access road is unmade and may not be suitable for all vehicles or drivers. Most family cars would be fine but lower sports cars would not be suitable.
Price Structure: This property has its own pricing.
It is charged at £150.00 per night plus booking fee of £40 for midweek breaks (minimum 4-night break) and £170.00 per night booking fee of 40 for weekend breaks (minimum 4-night break).

Kitchen/Diner: Open plan kitchen/diner with dishwasher, single oven, gas hob, free-standing fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. There is a rectangular dining table with chairs to seat 5.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, hanging space.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, hanging space, chest of drawers. This room also has a high level sleeping pod for 1 person, which is accessed via a ladder - disclaimer required on arrival. (call for more details).
Bedroom 3: Brass, Victorian, 4ft double bed and hanging space.
Bathroom: Bath, WC and wash hand basin.
External: A pretty garden and sitting area overlooking Sandy Lane Green, an outdoor bar, to the rear of the property. (please bring disposable BBQ)
