Description

A detached, 4-bedroom architect-designed family house in the heart of Llangennith village surrounded by open countryside and a large private garden and exterior decking and patio area. This exclusive property enjoys spectacular views across Llangennith Bay and Rhossili Downs. Only 5 minutes' drive (or 15-minute walk) from the beach. The house has 2 bathrooms, private parking and ample, safe storage in an adjoining double garage.

Atlantic Haven is the perfect base from which to explore the coast and Gower Peninsular, and within walking distance of village facilities including PJ's Surf Shop and the Kings Head pub serving up quality pub food.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and gas hob.

Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cloakroom: WC and hand basin. 

Reception: Two 3-seat sofas, a 42-inch Plasma TV, and PlayStation 3 (which plays DVD's).

Dining Room: 8 comfortably and is accessed from both the hall and kitchen.

Reception 2: Sofa bed providing additional sleeping for 1-2 persons and a wall-mounted TV.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: King size bed with wardrobes and en suite wet room and WC.

Bedroom 2: Double bed and wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds.

Bedroom 4: Single bed with a pull-out bed.

Bathroom: Bath and over bath shower, WC and shaver point.

External: The front garden has a driveway with parking for 2 or 3 cars, plus there's a large, sunny aspect rear garden with raised decked area and outdoor dining furniture. A double garage provides safe storage for bikes and beach items.

Access to the house is from the drive to the front door via a flight of 10 steps, with hand rails either side.

Sleeps 7/8: 1 King, 1 Double, 1 Twin, 1 Single with pull-out bed, Sofa bed 

C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen & towels provided (NOT for the sofa bed) WiFi. Travel cot & highchair available. Large private garden & patio with garden furniture. Garage & parking for 2-3 cars. Pets accepted. No smoking

Offering one of the most magnificent surfing beaches in the area, Llangennith is a quintessential British coastal village situated in north-west Gower. With a village green, twelfth-century stone church and the very popular King's Head Hotel serving traditional pub food, it is an ideal location for those seeking a laid back beach holiday.
