Description
A detached, 4-bedroom architect-designed family house in the heart of Llangennith village surrounded by open countryside and a large private garden and exterior decking and patio area. This exclusive property enjoys spectacular views across Llangennith Bay and Rhossili Downs. Only 5 minutes' drive (or 15-minute walk) from the beach. The house has 2 bathrooms, private parking and ample, safe storage in an adjoining double garage.
Atlantic Haven is the perfect base from which to explore the coast and Gower Peninsular, and within walking distance of village facilities including PJ's Surf Shop and the Kings Head pub serving up quality pub food.

Access to the house is from the drive to the front door via a flight of 10 steps, with hand rails either side.
