Description
A comfortable, traditionally furnished 2-bedroom, detached, double-glazed chalet with parking for 2 cars.
The chalet park has numerous local coastal and woodland walks that start more or less on your doorstep. Just a few minutes drive away is the village of Mumbles, with its many facilities which will easily cater to your everyday shopping needs.
Caswell Bay is patrolled by lifeguards in season, has a surf school, and is good for fishing and bathing. Facilities at the beach include recently improved changing facilities and WC, a beach cafe offering a range of fresh produce, and two kiosks selling everything from ice-cream to beach toys.
