A comfortable and spacious 3-bedroom detached holiday bungalow located on the outskirts of Mumbles. The property has a secluded rear garden with lovely views over Swansea Bay and Mumbles. The beaches of Langland and Caswell, and the village of Mumbles are all approximately one mile away.

The Swansea to Mumbles promenade can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes.

Within a few minutes walk are the local shops in West Cross Lane which include the popular Rag and Bone cafe, an off-licence selling a wide variety of international wines, 2 convenience stores and a Chinese takeaway. Also close by are local pubs providing pub food.
