The living area has a sofa bed (available for one person when the property is occupied by no more than two people), dining table and chairs and a wall mounted portable TV/DVD. There is an interconnecting door to Ref 164 which can be locked from both sides.

A restored 1 bedroom converted barn featuring a large galleried sleeping area over the lounge providing comfortable accommodation for 2 people in the village of Newton, very close to Mumbles. An excellent location for accessing the Gower Peninsula.
