This 3-bedroom Victorian cottage has been fully refurbished to provide high quality contemporary holiday accommodation for up to 5 people, a pet and complete with hot tub.
Located in Newton, just above Mumbles, there is a local pub and a convenience store within 2 minutes walk. Mumbles can be reached on foot in just over 10 minutes.
Langland Bay and Caswell Bay can both be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot.
Ground Floor: Enter into the open-plan lounge/dining room.
Reception/Dining Area: 3-seat sofa and an armchair, wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD player and coffee table. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 and 'hole in the wall' gas fire.
Kitchen: Oak worktops, double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine which can be found in the utility cupboard under the stairs.
Shower Room: Fully tiled and is a full wet room with basin, shower and WC.
Master Bedroom: King size bed, mirror fronted wardrobe and wall mounted TV with DVD player
Bedroom 2: Double bed and a TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 3: Single bed, shelf with hanging space and a wall mounted TV with DVD player.
Cloakroom: Basin with WC.
External: Long rear garden with paved area and decking with garden furniture and hot tub (with outdoor shower).

The village of Newton is located near the Mumbles just inland and uphill from Swansea Bay. Close by are the sandy beaches of Langland Bay and Caswell Bay.

We are lucky enough to have been the first guests to stay in this beautifully refurbished cottage. We have absolutely loved staying here for the last three weeks and it really has been a home from home. We are sad to leave and hope many more people enjoy it as much as we have.

Having never been to Wales, some of the beaches have surprised us, the trip to Rhossili in particular left us breathless.

Really nice house, fab location beaches are excellent for dogs and kids alike, especially Langland Bay.
A trip down the Gower is highly recommended, we loved Port Eynon (great little pub, The Ship).
The Newton Inn down the road is a really friendly place and has great pub grub; would also recommend Caf? Valance.
Overall a great few days away, we are looking forward to returning to the Mumbles soon.
