Swn Y Mor (Sound of the sea) is a light, bright, 4 sleeper mid-terraced property with stunning uninterrupted views across the bay - boats line of the foreshore and the city of Swansea can be seen in the distance. As well as offering spacious, contemporary and comfortable living spaces, Swn Y Mor is also perfectly located for some of Mumbles' finest restaurants, caf?s and bars.

From the property you can walk along the prom towards Mumbles Victorian pier, with its spectacular views and family fun amusements. Alternatively, you can stroll along the prom in the opposite direction into the village where you will find a host of shops, boutiques, fresh produce and further caf?s, bars and restaurants.

Also leaving the car behind, you can make your way along the coastal path past the dramatic, rocky bays of Bracelet and Limeslade Bay and on towards the iconic Langland bay where you will find one of the areas finest sandy beaches, complete with Surfside cafe, the ever popular Langland Brasserie and an 18 hole golf course. 

If all of this was not enough located behind the property stands Mumbles Hill which is a local nature reserve and is home to over two hundred species of plants, forty species of birds including the Green Woodpecker, Skylark and Jay.

Reception: 3 x 2-seat sofas, feature coffee table, sideboard, flatscreen TV and gas flame effect fire.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Country style table and chairs for 4 people and the kitchen comes equipped with gas hob, gas cooker, washer/dryer, fridge with icebox, kettle and microwave.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed with view of the bay.

Bedroom 2: Double bed with a view of Mumbles nature reserve.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

External: Through the rear door tiered sun terraces to the rear complete with handrails, fully enclosed with feather edge fencing and parking for 2 small cars. Further on road parking can be found to the front with public car park also along the promenade.

Sleeps 4: 2 Double

C/O day - Fri. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Parking for 2 cars (1 behind the other). Full sea views. No pets. No smoking
