It has 3 bedrooms (1 with en suite shower), family bathroom, ground floor shower room with basin and WC, 2 reception rooms, large kitchen/diner, utility/drying room, parking and a large enclosed rear garden.
The home is located just a 15 minute walk from Caswell Bay and a brief stroll from Langland Bay and the centre of Mumbles. There are 2 local pubs; The Rock & Fountain and The Newton Inn, and a local convenience store/newsagent which is just 50 metres away. The local butcher 'Woolacotts' which doubles as a greengrocer is around the next corner and is extremely popular with locals.
