Blackpill, which is half way between Swansea city centre and Mumbles, has a combined convenience store and Post Office, The Woodman Pub, The Junction Cafe, a petrol station and the Mumbai Indian Restaurant, all within walking distance. The property is well situated for Swansea University, being one of our closest properties to the main campus.
There are also a variety of walks and activities in the area including Clyne Gardens, Blackpill Lido, Clyne Valley Country Park, Clyne golf club, Clyne Farm activity centre, Pitch & Putt golf course, Singleton Park and Botanical gardens, and the Wales National Pool.

The property is well situated for Swansea University - our closest property to the main campus. Ideal for cyclists - with cycle paths both to the City Centre, the Marina and Mumbles.

Reception: The double aspect lounge has soft seating for 7, TV/DVD/CD player and double doors leading into the dining room.
Dining Room: The double aspect dining room, with sliding doors to access the garden, has a dining table and chairs/bench that will seat 6 (4 chairs and an oak bench) and occasional furniture.
Kitchen: The fitted kitchen has an electric double oven with 4-ring hob, microwave and a breakfast table and chairs.
Utility Room: The utility room has a fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Shower Room: The shower room has an electric shower, WC and wash basin.

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
