The property is well presented and is situated conveniently for all of the cafe's, boutiques and restaurants in Mumbles. Within easy walking distance are the sands of Rotherslade Bay and Langland Bay.
Enter through the front door into a welcoming hallway with doors off. First on the right you enter into a light, airy and generously sized front room with a 2-seat sofa and 3-seat sofa, occasional furniture, TV and electric flame effect fireplace.
Alongside the front room closed off by a set of French doors is a second reception room, furnished with a 2-seat sofa making the room ideal for a quiet read or to enjoy a game on the Xbox.
To the rear of the house you will find a spacious dining room/kitchen. The dining area has a dining table and chairs for 6.
The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The layout of this room allows anyone who is enjoying the house to socialise with friends and family whilst preparing and enjoying a home cooked meal.
On the first floor at the rear of the property you will find a double bedroom. In this room there is a comfortable double bed with wardrobe and bedside furniture. From this room you can also access a small terraced deck with garden furniture.
Next to this double room there is a family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, WC and basin.
The second bedroom is a good sized twin room with wardrobe and occasional furniture.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is positioned at the front of the house. The room is very light and spacious and creates a very relaxing space to enjoy the partial views across the bay.
