Nearby on the promenade is Ripples ice cream parlour and cafe, the West Cross Inn which serves food and has a beer garden with panoramic sea views, and the traditional Beaufort pub is a 5 mins walk. The Victorian fishing village of Mumbles with its large selection of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and activities is very close by as are the popular family beaches of Rotherslade Bay, Langland Bay and Caswell Bay.

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
