It can sleep up to 10 people with the option to rent at a reduced price for up to 8 people by separating off the basement area. There's also the added flexibility of short breaks during low and mid seasons.

Set a stone's throw from the promenade and cycle path and within a two minute walk of Mumbles popular boutiques, coffee shops and bars, it really is in the perfect location for making the most of coastal village life. 

Enter from small front garden up steps and into hallway. There are two lounges on this ground floor - one has delightful coastal styling and a sea view and is furnished with comfortable sofas, armchair and footstool as well as a flat screen TV/DVD on a stand.

The second lounge is snug with two leather sofas, a TV/DVD and lots of books and games. Not only is it a fun place to escape to, it's light and bright with French doors that open out onto the back garden.

There's a fabulous kitchen/diner also with doors that lead to the garden and with plenty of space for a dining table that seats 8 comfortably (further chairs can be used from the garden set). The kitchen is modern with sleek cupboards and appointed to a high standard. Granite worktops and quality appliances including an electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as an extra-large toaster all add to a feeling of luxury.

There's a washer/dryer in a separate under stairs cupboard with handy storage for coats and beach paraphernalia plus a downstairs WC with wash hand basin.

Three of the five bedrooms are located on the first floor. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, is beautifully styled and has two floor to ceiling windows from which to enjoy stunning sea views.

The second bedroom is decorated in a similar theme and has a double bed while the third bedroom has a delightful nautical theme and includes stylish twin beds.

All of the bedrooms feature generous wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets. There is a modern family bathroom with contemporary fixtures and fittings including a wall hung wash hand basin, WC and a walk-in shower.

In the attic there is a large en-suite twin bedroom with charming coastal design touches and where the bathroom includes a bath, wash hand basin and WC.

The third twin bedroom is located in the newly refurbished basement which is beautifully styled, sitting alongside a smart shower room complete with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.  *This room can be locked allowing the property to be rented for 8 people at a reduced rate.

External: At the rear of the property is a terraced garden that is fully enclosed and with lovely planting plus a patio area with outdoor dining furniture. At the top is a lockable storage area perfect for bikes, surfboards etc.

Alongside is a blocked paved parking area that can accommodate two to three cars and is accessed from a quiet private road from which it is possible to walk through mature woodland to the Castle Fields surrounding Oystermouth Castle.
